I've noticed recently that if an enemy dies as a result of Perseus' Charge, the space the enemy dies on is still considered an occupied space.
I have replicated this the first time by an enemy perseus charging me and dying by electrical armor from Merlin. The other times were when my perseus charged an enemy and killed it and that enemy was shoved back a space and then died.
In both cases I believe the shove/push part of the ability occurred. If shove/push does not happen it does not seem like the bug occurs.

So you mentioned that the cell can be walked through but I don't think that's true since you can't select a cell past it if this would block the path to the new cell.
For example if I can move 4 squares I should be able to select a cell past the "blocked" cell to move through it. This doesn't seem to be the case since it won't even let me select any cells that I can't reach since the alternate route would be out of range.

yeah, that is what I found. if you try to walk around it though, the path taken will go through the cell if it is shorter. this effectively reduces the charge! damage boost by 1-2 cells
