i has payment 5usd on 29/9/2017 to update my acc and when i payment i has received email tranfer money completed,and email report i has tranfed money to Sugarcane Technology GmbH with email james.wu@sugarcanetechnology.com
i don't have experience about this, is that correct name or email of this game managerment ? and now my account don't be updated, and how long can it be updated ?

I've had it happen before where I paid for monthly card 3 times before I actually got it. I just asked support for a refund, and it was given.
That may be the case for you. Just buy it again and request a refund. Unfortunately, that's all you can do.
