Can't believe Heroes Tactics would stall its mobile version to invest in a web-based version. The mobile version was developing so well, becoming more and more addictive for players (and profitable for the app), and to delay / suspend updates for mobile in favor of a web-based version seems a very poor business decision. Whichever corp exec brainstormed that bad idea should be fired. It's not a big enough game for Steam, ect., and I can't believe people will be flocking to download it. Why would you try when it's perfect for mobile? At least don't abandon the mobile version to invest everything in the web-based version. Now they've pissed off every major player who's spent tons of hours and money on the mobile game, because there's no where to go in the game. It's f'ing boring. We're all stuck grinding waiting for the update so we can spend accumulated resources. That's whack when you think about it. Really stupid. Doesn't help that customer service has simply stopped responding to the complaints. Even they're tired of bullsh*tting everyone telling them to be patient. I'm not so much mad that I've wasting my time and money on this horribly managed app, but rather some stupid person on the executive team has convinced the rest that stalling the mobile app in favor of developing the new versions was a sound business decision. Despite pissing off all the devoted players (purchasers) in the process. Hope they have fun watching both versions die.

As much as I hate to say, I also agree. I have hope they will start up development again in a few months, but nobody really knows.

I dropped the game in December and honestly I don't regret. It's a very good game, I liked it a lot, inetersting gameplay, much strategy involved but... It's dead.... No new stages... No new heroes... No new game mode... No new guild boss... See you in game if Camex will evere update it... If...

I believe the game was not profitable enough. That's why they stopped the updates.
The steam and kongregate versions IMO only serve to get some additional money with low invest.
It's a pitty cause I really liked the game and the map gave it more strategic depth

There seems to be no official statements of the company at all, right?

There seems to be no official statements of the company at all, right? No, and servers are being merged today. And a few days ago a member of my server said they got a message from support saying "a big update is coming very soon", so we will see.
