Oh well.. 7 months passed, if you're still stuck in that stage, I am guessing the skeleton is now part of your family haha. Jk, but seriously tho, the support team sucks, if you find an in game issue, or you have any question, their first reply would always be "reinstall the app, clear cache, delete useless app on your phone, explain more details, take screen shots" and even after you send them the SS, and explain thoroughly, they still wouldn't know what you were saying because he support team has 0 knowledge of the game.
