Hi.
When the live arena bug and freeze and we must close the game and open it again, we receive the message:"You bave battle engoing, gotta battle continue?". We hit ok and back to the fight in the end, after AI auto combat have done a lot of mistakes, and the button "auto" in color green...so I hit the button to cancel auto, however the game continue auto, even without the color green.
Please...when we leave the fight, dont make auto AI fight to ruin our game. Let our time continue working, like in chess online games.
When we or the enemy are slow to make any move, that 20 seconds, when finish, clean all battlefield, making all heroes disappear. The only thing to do is close the game.
Lots of defeats because this problem.
Please, cancel that 20 seconds...we dont need it. All the time when pass 20 seconds all heroes disappear.

This is a comment I have done in other post, I am pasting here:
Is a good game...they just must make the game more simple.
I am chess player, and the dev of this game make a similar clock like we use in chess, except by that 20 seconds. In digital clocks, we can use increment times.
But the developers make a great mistake with that 20 seconds. That 20 seconds are not increment. That thing is wrong...is only the time they invent to the game become auto if u are slow.
This 20 seconds for sure is ruining LA.
They must make the game more simple. Kill that 20 seconds please.

Editing:
When we play chess online, we have 2 different optional configurations in the clock to use:
----Play 5 minutes(for example)the entire game;
----Or play 20 seconds(for example) per move.
In Heroes Tactis, the developers are using both configurations in the clock at the same time!
This is a mistake...
Is obvious they will get a software conflict.
Ask to any good chess-game-programmer if it is a good idea. For sure not.
In the yahoo games, for example, u can play chess online. Ask to their developers how to config a clock to use in games online.
Chess programers are specialists with clock.
