Thanks to Trisi for figuring this out.
Team: Pei, centaur, trinity, gable and pegasus(can probably us another aerial.
Tactics, wair first turn let Alex move first. Move trinity next to Alex, dont attack, attack with centaur, then gable and pegasus. Next turn wait and let Alex attack centaur, attack with trinity, stun with centaur. And you have a stunlock going. Finish with Pei's ult in the end of turn 5.

If you are without Centaur you can use Tristan instead. Approach is basically the same:
Wait till Alex move. Trinity moves close to Alex, no attack. Tristan attacks then the rest of your team. Next round you wait, except Tristan who defends. Everyone else attacks, next round Tristan can stun and you have your stunlock. Finish with Pei's ult.

1-1 Centar (D2 Forward Center), Cyclops (B2 Back Center), Stryker (C2), Medusa (C3), Pei (D3) This should look like a V around your centar Turn 1: Wait with Stryker, Move Centar forward towards alexander (J2, just past the barrier, max movement), Attack Alexander with all ranged Turn 2: Wait with Centar, Attack with all ranged, Special Centar to stun Alexander Turn 3: Move Centar back as far as he goes (I used G2), Move Cyclops to D2, Attack with Stryker, medusa, Pei Turn 4: Attack with Stryker, Move Centar back again to line up in the V (D1), Attack with Medusa and Pei, Use special with Cyclops Turn 5: Special Stryker, Wait Centar, Special with Pei and Medusa, Attack with cyclops 3 Stars
this relys on Cyclops getting a far enough throw on his special so that Alexander cant reach you again in last round

with the same tactic.

I used the same team docjackhal used and only got 2 stars. Stunlock with Tristan, then Gable then Trinity. When Trinity ults Alex defends and he ends turn 5 with some life left.
It seems that in order to get 3 stars we need Pegasus...

Used almost the same team as xistid but replaced trinity with gable. Strategy remains the same.

I did it with Stryker, Helena, Centaur, Trinity and Kamus, and the movements like the xistid video. You will do it on more turn but you will get 3 stars.

I found the newb way of getting 3 stars. You need Stryker, Helena, Pei, tristan, and gable. The job of the ranged attackers are to max DPS the boss. Make sure the ranged attackers always shoot within range. Any ranged hero that can do high DPS with their ult can subsitute Pei.
Turn 1: Gable move outside the barrier of rocks near the entrance but NOT blocking the entrance. Tristan wait. Alex will move up and attack gable. Tristan move up and block the barrier of rocks (do not attack).
Turn 2:Gable retreat behind barrier. Tristan defend. Alex will attack tristan.
Turn 3: Gable wait. Tristan wait. Alex will attack tristan. After your ranged attacker attack, this should be the situation; Gable below 50% hp almost ult, Tristan 5% hp with ult, Alex near half with ult. Tristan ult Alex (stun and do damage). Gable move up and attack; Gable gets ult.
Turn 4: Gable attack. Tristan attack. Alex skip.
Turn 5: Gable ult. Tristan attack. Alex skip. Ranged attackers spam their damage ults. That should be GG.
An example of how it should go:
Here's what happens without a ranged attacker with a high damage ult:

I did exactly the same thing than I saw on the video, using Zona (The Harpy) instead of Zia, and I don't understand why, but I got only 2 stars, even without loosing anyone. How can I get 3 stars in that case ?

You need to finish in less than 5 turns, ans you must have not borrowed a hero
