first (and only natural) 3 star I got was naga while she seems great, 2 mobility seems very crippling for melee heroes especially so if there are a lot of obstacles on the battlefield I seem to rely more on mobility 3 and 4 (/aerial) melee heroes
what are other peoples thoughts on this

Naga kinda sucks imo, she should definitely be able to move 3 spaces and even then she wouldn't be great.
I like Ives even though he's 2 mobility because he has some lockdown and healing spells.

Naga is good to protect your backlines. Also single target dps is crazy, with hero power she does 25-30k damage. Noone can match that.

In arena where you will be mostly facing opponents higher level which act first and playing defensive Naga can be very useful. Enemy comes to her and its time for death by snu snu.

A noob mistake, mobility 2 heroes start off much less capable than mobility 3 or 4, but as you climb towards purple grade they become viable. Basically they are all tanks, and are not meant to run the show but instead protect your ranged heroes. The lack of flash and poor defense scaling at lower levels makes them seem less useful than they are later.
Grump has really high defense, really low attack. Pair him with Alexander. His taunt skill is really amazing, it forces a common attack, so they will not even use their skill on him.
Ives is great for his round 1 skill and thorns. A good counter to mobility 4 is to put ives in the front, let them approach and attack him, he stops them so they can't reach your ranged heroes behind, who then can take free shots from within the effective range. He pairs well with merlin, who can give him yet another auto counter, and cyclops, who will be allowed to throw the barrel next.
Behemoth has really high health and damage. He removes over 1000 defense per attack so can help your other heroes kill low defense enemies.
Naga has insanely high damage. Her skill, unlike other multi-hit moves, does not divide the damage among the 4 hits, but instead does 4 full damage attacks in a row. I think if you hit all 4 it is impossible to survive. She also has parry and preservation, which can make her really tanky to melee attackers.

The Grump, Alexander, Tristan combo can be pretty great too if you can set up heroes to stop or slowdown enemies while you align your heroes to heavy damage with the coop skill.

I don't know anything about salvo or lazarus though, so I didn't comment them. actually I forgot they existed when I wrote that, because they are so uncommon. I think 1 person uses lazarus in the top 50 of my server, and 2 people use salvo.

I met a high lvld lazarus once. Dont have him lvl'd myself. But his damage buff seems huge. Can be worth testing out.

Low mobility heroes work well with other low mobility heroes, you need to rely on the opposing heroes getting you rather than your heroes getting to them.
