Hello guys, there has been a lot of questions within the community recently, so I decided to make a thread to answer all your questions. Firstly, is the game going to be updated? - No. I am very sad to say this, but it is the truth. The developers have sold the game rights, and therefore cannot work on the game, so that means no updates! Secondly, why is support not answering? - They are not answering support, because the developers have basically removed themselves from the game. So no in-game support unfortunately. About a month ago I manged to get an achievement reward though, but it was through their new game, "Tactical Monsters" game support. You can contact them here: support@tacticalmonsters.com (email) Thirdly, why is my server down, I can't login? - Many players have reported their server has crashed, and nobody has been able to login to their server. Unfortunately there is nothing you as the player can do, and since the developers have abandoned the game, it is doubtful that it will be fixed. So RIP. In other words, this game is dead, and the developers are all off on their new games and have abandoned the lovely game of Heroes Tactics. RIP I have loved the game and its community for 16 months, but it is looking dead from all angles, and the future of the game is very grim. That's all I wanted to say, but I will still be on the forums. If the game dies, I'll be here until the end. -Bob

hi Bob i like this game so much but now i am confused, i will continue play this game or stop ...... The game hasn't been updated in over a year, so play if you enjoy, but there will be no new updates.

So does that mean that there is no hope of log in bugs bring fixed? I will no longer be able to play? I've gotten locked out ever since the error uncompressed bug...

Well holy holy fuck, that means I'm locked out of my account with no hope of getting back in? I hope someone can find/make a fix It might be worth trying on Emulator like BlueStacks and seeing if there is a different result, but chances are it is just the server itself, not your fault or your phones. Thats all I can say man.

congragulation, you has received answer from admin, i am only send by email and did not receive anything,my friend told that only rely email of vip account, i am only send by email,i can not send direct from support in game because it only twiddle and i can not send message to them and now you has received email from admin can i ask 1/ do you use "windowphone" operating system? i am using it so that i can not send message to admin 2/ do you vip account? my friend told that only vip account can received answer, nomal acc can't receive any thing 3/ do you know this game has sold for what company? i want to check does their continue develop this game? 4/ how can claim gift? i has completed 2000sky but no gift i am only email but no answer, i am finding email of new admin ^___^

I'm a VIP and I do not get responces from support either, I don't think that has anything to do with it. I am using iOS, and can send messages through in game support, but no answer, like I said.

Aaaaaand down goes my server. RIP Looks like Hyrrokin went down too. It seems so unfair, surely there was a better way to handle this situation . I recall server updates not that long ago which were most likely merges. We all recall those messages about the updates. They could have had some moral integrity by letting us know. Furthermore, if Lilith purchased the game rights they should accept the responsibility to support, stop receiving income and closing down the servers in a graceful manner. This morning I started up the app and a message popped up saying “Game update unsuccessful”, I then clicked “try again” and another message popped up saying “M’ Lord please check your internet connection”. It was obviously different then any pop up message I’d seen before in the app and it is BS! Meanwhile, they had no problem taking people’s money though and mine just recent. This as I said before is immoral, but furthermore utterly illegal. I truly hope that they are reprimanded through the department of justice. I apologize for my rant! I had fun playing thru till level 80 with many heroes the same with a full skill set. I was working ever-so slowly on their bells and whistles. In a breath, poof, it is gone....

Hello, I'm from Odessa Ukraine, today the game was written by my lord, the connection is unstable, try again. (-1)! I read your correspondence from 25.11.2017, and I realized that the game was a kaput. Ah, I just started playing and managed to spend 10 dollars approximately. It's a pity a good game, tightened for one month strongly, managed to reach level 59!

Server 163 stopped working for me today. RIP I was one of the top players, getting #1 in arena 15-20 times a month. Really enjoyed the game and my guildies. Guild 191 GamersUnite, if you're reading this, I had such a good time hanging out with you guys. Redrum, Themorus, Pebbs, ApexPredator, WayneLee, Kwest, and many more.

Bobberooni - yeah, my server is up again too. Now I feel a bit the fool, but it may not last too long? Hopefully, Lilith Games is stepping up to the plate and after all, why would they buy the rights and dump it? Heroes Tactics shows up on their website! I urged my guild mates to join here. It's a killer guild on the our server, great, active peeps and super strong ( especially Lord Maniac ) Had the fastest boss endurance kill time. Too bad you can't switch servers (or at least as a guest) and check others out! I did once and lost all stats, but went back and all was in place. Thanks for your guide, It was super helpful! I think I mentioned that in the forum elsewhere, some time ago.
